CCIE Enterprise Wireless (v1.0) – 3.4 Wireless segmentation with profiles and groups – 3.4.a RF profiles and 3.4.e RF tag

RF profiles allow you to configure radio specific settings, example: radio band (2.4GHz/5GHz) , 802.11 data rates, radio resource management (RRM), etc

Create 5GHz RF profile:

2.4GHz RF profile

3.4.e RF tag

The second part of the RF profile is the RF tag. Inside an RF tag you can either select any RF profile or select to use the Global RF configuration. I personally prefer NOT to use the default tags as there is more flexibility editing the defined tags.

Note: Tags can be reused with multiple profiles
